Well Miles sent me a gift box one of the things in it was this cute Tiny flying wing! I have decided to build it line of sight with some of the light weight micro electronics from my first stab at a sub250g build. I'm using a Flysky receiver I had in my AR2.0 quadcopter drone and going to see if it will operate with a Radiolink Byme-D gyro and some 1 gram linear servos. I have to order some 400Mah 2s batteries that I can power the 7amp ESC just hoping there is enough power to operate the gyro. Im going with the motor and prop supplied with the kit. if i can get everything to work it should be a great little flyer for the park across the street from were I live. I will keep you all posted as to my progress and Thank You Miles!

They don't break either.

Well The 450 2s batteries show up right on que and I got some more progress done on the Tiny Wing. I'm not sure the little 1103 8000KV motor will hold up with a 4 inch prop it gets really hot so does the 10 amp ESC, I check and it is suppose to have a 2.5 inch prop at that voltage I have some GemFan hurricane 3.18 tiny whoop props Im going to try one of them out but I have a feeling I might be replacing the motor and esc.

Well I have decided to order a new 20amp blheli drone esc from Amazon and go with one of the 1306 3100KV motors I have this will allow me to run up to a 4 inch prop and up to 3s battery.

That should be quite the beast. I'm thinking about a wing build myself. I wonder how a blunt nose FT Kraken would fly, other than being absurdly huge, or maybe I should just scale up/twin up a spear?

Well The Kraken I know flies superb from all the videos I have seen but so does the spear let me know what you settle on. I'm going to rebuild my spear and do a little better work on the control linkages this time and I think I will use standard servos as well the 9 gram are just nearly adequate for the job even with metal gears. I'm thinking of building a few small park flyers this year and I like the look of the new tiny Tudor.I have been playing with the Idea of a teeny tiny trainer say a 60 to 75 percent build. The local flying field is being turned into a quarry and the hobby is going to die around here. So park flying is looking real good.
